How Callisto works

Our auctions run for 2–3 days with a set timeframe and minimum bid requirement. Buyers can submit multiple bids during this period and will receive confirmation of each bid placed.

There are two auction types:

- Silent auctions: Only your final bid is considered, and bid amounts remain confidential.

- Live auctions: All bids are visible in real time, but bidder identities remain anonymous.

Note: While auctions follow a structured process, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel auctions if necessary.

Our offers system lets you negotiate directly with sellers for the best deals. Submit an offer, and if accepted, the transaction moves forward at your agreed price, ensuring a flexible and secure buying experience. 

Yes, you can sell on Callisto. Our platform connects you with a global network of over 2,500 registered wholesalers and resellers across 60+ countries. It offers tools to manage your listings, auctions, and transactions securely and efficiently.

Our platform facilitates transparent transactions by managing expectations between buyers and sellers, ensuring that products meet the agreed-upon standards.

If products don’t match the specified grade, buyers can raise a return claim within 14 days. Disputes are resolved through a fair and timely process that safeguards both parties, guaranteeing trust and transparency​​​.

If the product does not match the grade or condition specified at purchase, you can raise a claim within 14 days of shipment. Provide supporting information, and we will review the claim against the grading criteria to determine if the product aligns with the agreed specifications.
