How to upload auctions as a seller

All Callisto sellers now have access to an enhanced listing tool with advanced features, making it easier than ever to create, manage, and optimize your listings. Follow this step-by-step guide to list your products efficiently.

Start creating a listing:

In your seller portal, navigate to the Auctions tab from the left nav menu.

Select Create Auctions in the top right.
In the New Auction window, using the top drop-down menus, select each of the following:
- Auction type
- Warehouse location
Any regional exclusions that your auction may require.

Select Add Products to view and your select products:
Categories

Manufacturers

Models > Variants:

Confirm the quantity you want to list and select Add.

Confirm your Reserve Price.

To add more products, hover over the + button in the bottom right to Search & Add Products - and repeat the selections above.

To complete auction setup:
- Select your sales currency
- Select the end date
- Include an internal seller reference for this auction

Select Save draft to save this auction draft until you are ready to review or revise or Set auction as active to launch the auction immediately.
Use the Auctions tab to view and manage your Drafts and Auctions.

FAQ’s

How do I list products that aren’t available in the product selection page?

Check that you have searched under the correct category, model and variant
If your product is not available, please email: sellers@callisto.tech with the subject, Add Product Request, and include all of the relevant details for your Sku to be added.
Continue listing available products and select Save draft.

What time zone will my auction be listed in?

Selected start/end times are based on the time zone you are located in.

Can I cancel an active auction?

Can I add products to an active auction?

Once an active auction is live, you must create a new auction lot to add additional products.

How many auction lots can I run at one time?

You can run as many separate lots as you would like at one time.
